We did a one time deep clean with Pure Luxe today and the experience from requesting the cleaning to completing the cleaning has been so pleasant and smooth. I requested more information via Pure Luxe's website on a weekend day and almost immediately got a message back from the owner himself, who is very attentive/informative/friendly! We had two cleaning staff come (Angela and Chris) this morning - they were punctual, polite, accommodating, and extremely hardworking. They stayed for about 6 hours and our house has never felt cleaner. I was shocked to see that even the window frames were cleaned (they were caked with soil from outside) as I wasn't expecting that to be included in the cleaning. Our microwave/stovetop/dishwasher sparkle! I requested 2 add ons - Stove/ Fridge cleaning and it was all so worth the price. We are a shoeless household but they had no issues with wearing shoe covers; we appreciate their respectfulness. I got two calls from the owner checking in to see how everything was going; we feel very well taken care of! Thank you to Mike the owner and to Angela and Chris for a wonderful job!
