What changes your price
- Size. The tables show common sizes; your price is worked out from your home's exact square footage.
- How often. Weekly costs the least per visit, then every 2 weeks, then every 4 weeks. A one-time standard cleaning costs more than any recurring visit.
- Condition (one-time cleanings). When you book a standard, deep or move-in/move-out cleaning, you rate your home's condition from 1 to 10. The prices above are for a rating of 5 or lower; a home rated 6 or higher needs more time and costs more.
- Add-ons. Each one adds its price above.
- Not your town. We checked the same home in Fairfield, Hoboken, Hackensack, Montvale, Union City and Jersey City and got the same price.
The smallest homes pay our minimum: $135 for recurring and Airbnb cleaning, $180 for a one-time standard cleaning and $220 for a deep or move-in/move-out cleaning.

Answer a few questions about your home on our Book Now page and you see your price before you book. Nothing is booked until the last step. Pick a day and an arrival window: Morning 8–11 AM, Afternoon 12–4 PM, or Flexible 8 AM–4 PM. Recurring cleaning has no long-term contract, and you can move or skip a visit from your dashboard.
