We did a one time deep clean with Pure Luxe today and the experience from requesting the cleaning to completing the cleaning has been so pleasant and smooth. I requested more information via Pure Luxe's website on a weekend day and almost immediately got a message back from the owner himself, who is very attentive/informative/friendly! We had two cleaning staff come (Angela and Chris) this morning - they were punctual, polite, accommodating, and extremely hardworking. They stayed for about 6 hours and our house has never felt cleaner. I was shocked to see that even the window frames were cleaned (they were caked with soil from outside) as I wasn't expecting that to be included in the cleaning. Our microwave/stovetop/dishwasher sparkle! I requested 2 add ons - Stove/ Fridge cleaning and it was all so worth the price. We are a shoeless household but they had no issues with wearing shoe covers; we appreciate their respectfulness. I got two calls from the owner checking in to see how everything was going; we feel very well taken care of! Thank you to Mike the owner and to Angela and Chris for a wonderful job!

We could not be happier with our clean and our experience with PureLuxe Cleaning! We got married on June 22nd and came home from our honeymoon completely exhausted, and stressed about how much cleaning needed to be done to our apartment. We found PureLuxe via their great Google reviews here - and the process was SO easy. Their online booking system and Mike's polite, quick follow ups made the process seamless. A super quick phone call to confirm details (that was 5 min max) was all I needed to really do before the cleaning. Angela and Chris showed up and did an incredible job with our 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It's more spotless than when we moved in. They even went above & beyond with little touches -- like folding the toilet paper into little flowers like they do at 5 star hotels, positioning stuffed animals on the bed in an adorable way, and cleaning every drawer and shelf in our fridge to what looks like original condition. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a cleaner in Bergen County! We will definitely be using them again.

I had a great experience with Pure Luxe. Mike was very responsive, booking was super easy, pricing was affordable and fair. I also requested a cleaning for next day and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. I’m due to deliver baby #2 any week now and it feels great to have the house looking and smelling clean. I felt comfortable having Angela and Chris in my home as they were very kind, quiet while they worked and detail oriented. They even folded the end of my toilet paper roll like they do in the luxury hotels — super minor but that’s the level of detail we are dealing with here. Mike communicated with me before during and after the service which I thought was a nice touch to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to hire them again!

I am not one that gives 5 star reviews easily, however in this case our service with Marisol has warranted it. She not only addressed the areas of our concern but gave the entire house the same level of attention. She was very professional, respectful and friendly. In contrast to other cleaning services I have employed, she was heads above. I have committed to weekly cleanings with Marisol and Pure Luxe. If you are looking for any type of cleaning in your home stop your search and try Pure Luxe Cleaning.

I give Pure Luxe Cleaning a 5 Star Review! Marisol was sent to my house to clean and she did a spectacular job! She was on time, wore shoe covers and listened to my needs! I added on 2 additional services ( wash, dry fold, and change bed sheets) that were well worth it! Mike the owner is a pleasure to communicate with. He is prompt in his response time and follows up with his clients after the service! The customer service is superior! I look forward to using Pure Luxe Cleaning again!

Pure Luxe Cleaning is truly pure luxe! They did an outstanding job cleaning my home efficiently, while cleaning every inch effectively. My last cleaner of 15 years recently retired and I am very particular about who I let clean my home. All I can say is Pure Luxe came in and greatly exceeded expectations! I’m happy to say I have found my new cleaning company for the foreseeable future. Thank you Pure Luxe!
