Our core service for houses, apartments and condos: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors, cleaned to a written checklist. Book it once or put it on a schedule. Also offered as maid service for clients who want the same cleaner on a set day.
Recurring Cleaning
Weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks. The most popular option, because a house that is cleaned regularly never needs the heavy work again, and recurring visits cost less each time. No contract; pause or cancel when you need to.
Deep Cleaning
Everything a regular clean covers, plus the detail work: baseboards, door frames, grout, light fixtures, cabinet fronts and the build-up behind and under things. Book it as a first visit, before a holiday or event, or to reset a home that has slipped.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning
For an empty home: inside every cabinet, closet and appliance, aimed at exactly what a landlord or buyer checks on the final walkthrough. Renters book it to protect a security deposit; sellers and buyers book it for closing day.
Post-Construction Cleaning
After a renovation or new build, fine dust gets into every surface, vent and track. We clear it in stages, along with paint specks, adhesive and debris, so the space is actually ready to use.
Airbnb and Vacation Rental Cleaning
Turnovers on your booking calendar: linen changed, the unit restocked and reset to match the listing photos, and damage reported the same day with photos.
Cleaning Add-Ons
Inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets, laundry and more. Add them to any visit at booking.
